I like to experiment with "reality" and "fiction" in my documentaries. All documentaries are fiction and all fiction films are based on reality. But I believe the best documentary's are the ones where fiction becomes the tool to show the reality in it's rawest form.

Cim wants to be like everyone else, like the boys, but have difficulties being just that. His search for an identity has often lead to destructive actions in form of getting drunk, cutting his arms and suicide attempts.
When he looks at himself in the mirror he sees a boy. But somewhere inside of him there is a girl. But what defines a boy and what does it mean to be a girl? Can Cim ever find love being a Cim?
Pinocchio without a nose is a film about growing up in a small town, being in love, punk and the longing to be a real boy.

In the In the documentary "The New Rabbi" we follow David in his efforts to renew Judaism outside as well as inside the walls of the jewish congregation in Stockholm. His new ways attracts new people but it also divides the community. David’s goal is to bring as many community members to the service as possible. But will he be able to do so with his approach?
In "The New Rabbi" we ask ourselves if it is really possible to change traditions while retaining the jewish identity? Can David reunite "new" and "old" community members, or is it impossible to create the changes that he so strongly believes in, and still maintain traditions?

What does it mean to give a promise during war? And what happens when that promise is broken?
Irene Lopez is a young filmmaker and animator in search of the truth of her past. But what is the real truth? And is there only one true history?
Young documentary filmmaker Irene Lopez wants to have a good relationship and a normal life in Sweden but her past haunts her. When Irene's stepfather Carlos decides to divorce her mother to move back to El Salvador she feels angry and decides go to look for her biological father who died in the war in El Salvador.
The promise is about Irene Lopez and her struggle to understand her background and history. It is a story about absent parents and sacrificed childhoods.
About the choices her three parents had to make and how the logic of the war affects generations after generations. The story also portray an immigrant family’s life in Sweden and the history of El Salvador since the revolution. A film filled with real heroes, promises, reconciliation and an answer to what it really means to be a family.

Changing the world- Projects
I worked as a teacher with youth in schools thru the organisation Fanzingo. This film I made about the process. The workshop was three days and was called " Screentest":
After the SDU( the youth group of a rasist parti in Sweden) made the video " Salute to the european youth". We made the response to that video. This is part of my activism in film. I did this for free cause of my belief in a Europe for everyone.
